If you use a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, and anything you tell us about your property or space needs. If you subscribe to the quarterly report or ask for a micro market report, we keep your name and email address on our mailing list along with which reports you asked for. We also count page views: our own small traffic counter records which pages are viewed, the site you arrived from, and a random session identifier kept in your browser only until you close the tab. It does not record your name, your email, or anything you type, and we do not use advertising trackers. The site sets no cookies; it uses your browser’s local storage only to remember that you have seen the privacy notice and, if you request a report, the email address you entered so you need not type it again.
Form submissions go to Michael and John Collins so they can respond to you — that is the only use. The report mailing list is used to send the quarterly Central OC Industrial Report, the micro market reports you asked for, and occasional market updates, at most a handful of emails per year. Those emails are sent through Constant Contact, and every one carries an unsubscribe link. Page-view counts are used only to see which parts of the site people find useful. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone, and we never have. You can ask off the mailing list, or ask us to delete anything you have submitted, by emailing mcollins@voitco.com or calling (714) 269-4626.
When your browser loads those resources, each provider receives your IP address as part of ordinary web traffic, governed by their own privacy policies. None of them receive your form submissions.
We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we collect nothing beyond what is described above. You have the right to know what we hold about you and to request its deletion — one email or phone call does it.
